Tori's Favorite Park

Tori rides a little whale
Woah!  Way to go on the tube slide!
Tori on the pirate ship
Almost tall enough for the binoculars
Dad accompanied Tori up to the tall slide....and back down.
Going up and down stairs is one of her favorite things!
Uh-oh.....looks like dad is too tall for the park!
Throwing some rocks in the river
I love my little monkey!
Tori and Mama slide together (tori went faster than me!)
The lure of going up the slide the wrong way is so strong....
Ready, set......

A few weekends ago, we took a trip to Chico and much to Tori's delight, we stpooed at some pretty amazing parks.  Our favorite was called Caper Acres, and had 5 different themed play areas. Tori's favorite was the giant pirate ship.  She really wanted to go down the huge twisty slide but every time she crawled up to the top, she decided to go back down the steps instead.   Too bad we don't have parks like that near us!  Even at our tiny park that we walk too, Tori still enjoys the slide the most.

Easter Celebration

Tori's using her camera!
Ooops....fell over with the camera
Love the way she takes pictures.....
Sitting pretty on her couch!
The great learned skill of opening eggs.
"what?  You want to take MY picture?"
Jett and Tori chill on the couch
Tori with Great Grandma, Grandpa and Dad
Many eggs hidden in the barn! (and she found them all!)
Yes, Tori, you can eat the candy inside
Tori with her bunny ears on (post nap)
After a yummy Easter Eve dinner
Tori really liked the whipping cream on the cake
Yummy.....egg dye. ( I think egg dying will be more fun next year)
Now take the egg out of the cup...... and it's pink!

Tori had a fun filled Easter weekend at the beginning of April.  Her Auntie Jo came for a visit, so they got to play a lot together, Tori searched for many candy-filled eggs throughout the day, and we had an Easter party where she got to play with Great Grandma Ann and cousin Jet.  Despite the rain/hail that came right before our easter egg hunt, we still managed to have a fun time indoors.  And she looked so cute in her Easter dress.
